- Socrates was established as a consolidation platform in the Italian staffing and subsidized training market, two fragmented sectors with strong growth potential. The platform combines the services of Etjca, one of Italy’s leading staffing agencies, a specialist in corporate training funded by national and European public funds.
- The project aims to create a leading national player in B2B HR services, offering a “one-stop-shop” model that integrates workforce flexibility with upskilling and reskilling programs.
- The platform was launched with the acquisition of Etjca, creating an initial perimeter of approximately €370 million in revenue. These two entities form the foundation on which to develop the platform, which is expected to further grow through a series of strategic add-on acquisitions.
